Abstract
Objective Statins possess the drop grease as well as improve endothelial function,delay the degree of atherosclerosis,but people should pay attention to its adverse reactions.Methods Statins in clinical application are summarized and concluded.Results The main clinical adverse reaction is muscle damage and liver damage.Conclusion Drug are used safely and reasonably,the corresponding treatment measures are formulated,adverse reactions are detected strictly.关键词
