Abstract
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of scalp acupuncture,body acupuncture combined with hemiplegia and shoulder pain disease rehabilitation training after stroke.Methods 164 cases of the study group discussion,group according to the treatment methods were divided,82 cases in the control group(rehabilitation),82 cases of the study group(scalp acupuncture,body acupuncture plus rehabilitation training treatment),164 cases were patients with hemiplegic shoulder pain in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 during the period after a stroke,judge the situation of treating all patients comparison and discussion.Results the total effective rate of the study group was 92.68% higher than that of the control group(14.63%),and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05)between the two groups(P>0.05).The VAS scores,FugI-Meyer scores were compared between two groups,between groups of data was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion considering the scalp acupuncture and the acupuncture and rehabilitation training can be combined with the disease clinical treatment of hemiplegic shoulder pain after stroke can make muscle pain relief,prevent muscle atrophy and joint stiffness,and can enhance the activity of shoulder joint,prominent curative effect.关键词
