Abstract
Objective to analyze the clinical effect of Liangxue Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of blood heat type psoriasis vulgaris.Methods This study selected 120 cases for blood type in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were in patients with psoriasis vulgaris,all patients were given Liangxue Jiedu Decoction treatment,observation and analysis of therapeutic effect.Results ①two of patients with DLQI score,PASI score,BSA observation:after treatment,DLQI score,PASI score and BSA were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05);②the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared:all the 120 patients,4 cases were cured,24 cases were cured,83 cases were effective.In 9 cases,the clinical total effective rate was 92.5%(111/120);③ to observe the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups of patients:electrocardiogram,liver and kidney function and urine routine examination during treatment were not.Significant abnormality.Conclusion the use of Liangxuejiedu Decoction on blood type of psoriasis vulgaris can significantly improve the clinical effect,but also has high safety,is worthy of promotion.关键词
