Abstract
Objective To study the screening of early lung cancer with low dose spiral CT scan. Methods a total of 50 patients with early lung cancer admitted to our hospital from 2015 to 2017 in January were enrolled in this study. There were a total of 57 nodules in our hospital from January to December,January.50 patients were scanned with spiral CT,followed by routine dose and low-dose scanning, and the screening effect of the two doses was observed. Results ① the two dose regimen for early lung cancer detection:low dose scan showed nodules number 48,the detection rate was 84.2%,of which 12 nodules,28 nodules,6 nodules and ground glass. The detection rate of conventional dose scanning was 57,the detection rate was 100%,of which there were calcified nodules in the group of 15,and there were solid nodules in the group of 31,and there were 11.The detection rate of the difference was that there is statistically significant,P<0.05;②the two dose regimen on lesion size sensitivity:dose effective radiation dose is higher than that of low dose scanning, data differences, confirmed the existence of statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion early lung cancer patients were treated with low dose spiral CT scan, the detection rate is high, scanning effective radiation dose is low,but the image quality is not high, and the ground glass opacities and the detection of the fine structure is not ideal, the need to strengthen the clinical grasp.关键词
