Abstract
Objective Observe the clinical efficacy of different treatments of PIH.Methods 100 cases of PIH patients were randomly selected in January 2015-January 2016 year in our hospital,who were divided into study group and control group,each of 50 cases,the control group received the treatment of pure Magnesium Sulfate,Magnesium Sulfate group received combined nifedipine on treatment,two groups were treated with contrast observation.Results The total efficiency of 92%,control group total effective rate was 76%,the total efficiency of the study group was significantly higher compared to the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the two groups of patients' mean arterial pressure,24h urine protein were improved(P<0.05);and the study group was better(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in 6% was significantly lower than the control group 18%(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium Sulfate combined with nifedipine used in the treatment of PIH with satisfactory effect,has clinical value.关键词
