Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing methods and value of psychological nursing and bladder function rehabilitation training on the recovery of bladder function and smooth urination after indwelling catheter.Methods in our department from November 2013 to November 2014 a total of 183 patients with indwelling urinary bladder dysfunction as the object of study,all patients underwent bladder function rehabilitation training,91 cases were randomly divided into control group,routine nursing care,observation group of 92 cases of bladder function training,psychological nursing,comparison of two groups of patients with recovery of bladder function and smooth urination.Results the total efficiency of observation group recovery of bladder function was 92.31%,compared with a control group of 71.9%,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05);that of two groups of patients after intervention smooth urination comparison,observation group smooth urination rate was 74.73%,no urination accounted for 7.69%,the smooth urination rate was 60.86% in control group,no urination accounted for 20.65%,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion psychological nursing and bladder function rehabilitation training has a significant effect on the recovery of bladder function and smooth urination after indwelling catheter,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
