Practice of People-centered Integrated Health Services in the Netherlands and Its Enlightment to China
摘要
Abstract
The aging of population and burden of chronic non-communicable disease has brought great pressure to the health system in China.The construction of a people-centered integrated health-care service(PCIHC) is an effective way to reduce the fragmentation of health service system and improve the quality of medical service.Taking diabetes services in Dutch as an example,the paper elaborates the connotation of PCIHC,and introduces the practice of integrated health service in chronic disease management.The paper puts forward the construction path of PCIHC in our country,that is,the initial diagnosis and dual referral system in primary care,construction of multidisciplinary team,unification of clinical path and acceleration of payment reform关键词
