Construction of Comprehensive Evaluation Index System of Social Workers Involved in the Community Services of Patients with Severe Mental Disorder

Abstract
Objective To establish a scientific and standardized comprehensive evaluation index system of social workers involved in the community services of patients with severe mental disorder.Methods By the literature and Delphi methods,the frame of this comprehensive evaluation index system was established and the expert consultation questionnaire was designed.From May to August in 2015,a two-round consultation was made to 10 experts by e-mail,and all these experts were engaged in clinical psychiatry,psychiatric care,social medicine,social work,community psychiatry,public health,and had 10 years or above of professional and technical working experience,and had intermediate titles or above.According to the degree of coordination and concentration concerning experts′ opinion,the increase and decrease and modification of indexes were carried out,and the comprehensive evaluation index system of social workers involved in the community services of patients severe mental disorder and its weight were established.Results A total of 10 questionnaires were sent out in each round of the two-round expert consultation,10 were valid,and the effective response rate was 100%.The familiarity coefficient,judgment coefficient,and authority coefficient of experts were 0.725,0.850 and 0.788 respectively.The coordination coefficient (W) in the two-round expert consultation was 0.403 and 0.464 respectively,and they were significantly different (P<0.05).The comprehensive evaluation index system established here included 3 first-level indexes (resource inputs,service performance,work results),13 secondary indexes and 58 tertiary indexes.The weights of the first-level indexes were 0.338 0,0.331 0,0.331 0 respectively.Conclusion Experts have high positivity,and good authority and coordination.The comprehensive indexes screened out for social workers involved in the community services of patients with severe mental disorder provide a basis for evaluation.关键词
