北京市城区签约居民对家庭医生式服务评价的定性研究
Family Doctor Service Evaluation by Beijing Urban Contract-signing Residents:A Qualitative Study

Abstract
Objective In order to provide suggestions to promote the sustainable development of family doctor service system,related individual interviews were conducted in some Beijing urban contract-resigning residents,which is helpful for us to know the correlation factors of family doctor service.Methods By convenience sampling,we selected three community health service centers(CHSCs) from two urban districts of Beijing(Xicheng and Fengtai Districts),and from each of the CHSCs,four contract-resigning residents were chosen,and the participants recruited were a total of 12 contract-resigning residents.From April to May 2016,intensive individual interviews were conducted in the participants,which included the level of understanding of family doctor service,application,evaluation and demand of family doctor service,and problems existing in the carrying out of family doctor service.The interview data were sorted out,so as to sum up the main points.Results The interview data mainly covered five main points:(1) in terms of the effective way for publicizing family doctor service,health seminars were put forward by most of the participants;(2) with regard to the level of understanding of family doctor service,it was thought to have been improved by most of the participants;(3) in the aspect of development of family doctor service,it was considered to be acceptable gradually;(4) in the respect of implementation of family doctor service,partial services included in the contract were thought to be unimplemented;(5) as regards the medicines supplied by the CHSCs,comprehensive range of medicines were thought to be unavailable.Conclusion The interview showed that Beijing urban contract-resigning residents have gained some insights into family doctor service.Therefore,in order to promote the development of family doctor service system,we should energetically publicize it,and identify its core services,and continually perfect the relevant policies and measures.关键词
