Homogeneous Development Status of Radiological Diagnosis of Regional Image Union in Songjiang District of Shanghai

Abstract
Objective To survey the homogeneous development status of radiodiagnosis since the establishment of regional image union in Shanghai Songjiang District in the past five years,and to discusses how to further improve the level of radiodiagnosis homogeneity.Methods From June to August in 2016,all radiological staff(radiologists,radiologists) and medical staff related to radiology department and patients in radiology department for radiography or medical examiners 300 were selected from the 15 community hospitals in Songjiang District.The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the subjects.The questionnaire includes the basic situation,the awareness of the union of the investigators,efficiency of the five-year union,and the homogeneity of radiodiagnosis.A total of 300 questionnaires were sent out and 286 valid questionnaires were collected.The effective response rate was 95.3%.Results 73.1%(209/286) of the subjects responded with right answer to the checking company of radiological report in the community hospital,47.6%(136/286) of the subjects believed that the regional radiological examination was more convenient,58.4%(167/286) of the subjects believed that the number of repetitive regional radiological examination was reducing,41.7%(118/283) of the subjects believed that the cost of regional radiological examination was reducing,49.3%(141/286) of the subjects believed that the skills of community radiologists had improved.There was no significant difference in the opinion of selection rate of the improving skills of community radiologists among medical staff or not,and subjects with different employment situation and educational degree(P>0.05).47.0%(134/285) of the subjects believed there was no difference in the professional degree of radiology between community hospital and regional central hospital.There was significant difference in the opinion of no difference existed in the professional degree of radiology in community hospital and regional central hospital between medical staff and non-medical staff(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the opinion of selection rate of no difference existed in the professional degree of radiology in community hospital and regional central hospital between subjects with different employment situation and subjects with different educational degree(P>0.05).75.9%(217/286) of the subjects believed that the inclusion of professional skills study into regional radiodiagnosis center management helped improve the professional degree of radiology in community hospital.There was no significant difference in the selection rate of the opinion of answering "do not know" to all the questions by the subjects being medical staff or not being medical staff,and subjects with different employment situation and educational degress(P<0.05).Conclusion The regional image union in Shanghai Songjiang District has made certain achievements in homogeneous radiodiagnosis.At the same time,it is necessary to further improve the level of homogenization of radiodiagnosis,for example,bringing professional skills study into regional radiodiagnosis center management.In addition,the increasing publicity of the low-education,unemployed people and non-medical staff will help improve the sense of gain of the masses.关键词
