陈秋教授自拟代综方联合穴位埋线治疗脾虚湿阻型肥胖症的临床疗效研究
Clinical Effect of Dai Zong Prescription with Acupoint Catgut Embedding of Professor Chen Qiu on the Treatment of Obesity of Spleen Deficiency and Dampness Stagnation

Abstract
Objective To observe clinical effect of Dai Zong prescription with acupoint catgut embedding of professor Chen Qiu on the treatment of obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation.Methods A total of 74 patients with obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation type in endocrinology outpatient and obese clinic of Teaching Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM from November 2014 to November 2015 were selected,and were divided into control group(n=38) and observation group(n=36) by random number table method.At the same time of receiving basic treatment,patients in control group adopted Dai Zong prescription plus metformin,while patients in observation group used Dai Zong prescription plus acupoint catgut embedding,and drug treatment cycle was 12 weeks.The physical examination indicators,related laboratory testing indicators,TCM syndrome points and clinical efficacy of patients before and after treatment between two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in height,body mass,waist circumference,hip circumference,thigh circumference,BMI and waist-height ratio between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The body weight,waist circumference,BMI and waist-height ratio after treatment of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),while their hip circumference and thigh circumference were not significantly different(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,TG in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while LDL-C was significantly higher(P<0.05).While there was no significant different in TC and HDL-C between two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant different in Ins between two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);the different time points were significantly different(P<0.05);and there was no interaction between treatment and time on Ins(P>0.05).There were significant differences in Ins in each group before and after treatment(P<0.05);the different time points were significantly different in each group(P<0.05);and there was interaction between treatment and time on Ins in each group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),insulin sensitivity index(ISI) and islet β-cell function(HOMA-β) between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in HOMA-IR and ISI between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The level of HOMA-β in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the score of TCM syndrome in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of western medicine and curative effect of TCM syndrome in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The red blood cell count(RBC),white blood cell count(WBC),hemoglobin(Hb),platelet count(PLT),ALT,AST,serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),and uric acid(UA) were significantly different between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The Dai Zong prescription combined with acupoint catgut embedding can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation type,reduce body weight,increase insulin sensitivity,improve insulin resistance,and is effective in treatment.关键词
