摘要
Abstract
Acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS) is a heterogeneous syndrome that differs in different cases in terms of etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,treatment regimen,prognosis and other aspects.And based on these differences,we can classify ARDS into different phenotypes in order to guide clinical therapy and judge prognosis.This article reviewed the recent developments in heterogeneity and phenotypes of ARDS.关键词
