摘要
Abstract
Therapeutic leisure is a kind of leisure activity playing a preventive and therapeutic role in psychological problems and mental illness.It has three characteristics:not only promoting physical health,but also focusing on the harmony of body and mind;participating in activities with others;having artistic and spiritual originality and expressive force.For individuals,leisure behaviors having therapeutic effects include active living,physical activity,religious participation,spiritual practice,exposure to nature,etc.For therapists and counselors,the psychological model of therapeutic leisure consists of leisure counseling,recreational therapy model and community therapy model,etc.The function and psychological mechanism of therapeutic leisure need to be systematically studied in the future,the research methods of therapeutic leisure need innovation,and the prescription of therapeutic leisure of the population with different characteristics or needs should be also investigated.关键词
