Application of the Internet to Advance the Hierarchical Medical System Development in China Based on Multi-site Practice of the General Practitioners at Home and Abroad

Abstract
Literature review was used in this article.We analyzed the development direction and hot spots about multi-practice of general practitioners(GPs) and hierarchical medical system based on interpreting the National Health and Family Planning Talents Development Plan for the 13th Five-Year Plan and Notice of Promulgating the Opinions on Encouragement and Regulation of Multi-site Practice of Physicians, investigated the new development model of general practice(GP) in China based on drawing the GP development experience of Britain, Germany and America, and put forward the ways integrated with the internet technology for promoting the hierarchical medical system development, and elaborated that under the situation of energetically developing GP in China, applying the internet technology to promoting hierarchical medical system development based on multi-site practice of GPs could help overcome the difficulties in accessing health-care services and advance the medical reform.关键词
