吉兰-巴雷综合征患者年龄与神经根免疫反应的相关性研究
Correlation between Age and Immunoreactions of Nerve Root in Patients with Guillain-Barre Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To explore the association and clinical significance between age and immunoreactions of nerve root in patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome(GBS).Methods According to the inclusion criteria,78 patients with GBS in Department of Neurology of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2006 to June 2016 were included.According to age,GBS patients were divided into the young group(≤45 years old,n=32) and the old group(>45 years old,n=46).General information(including sex,age,Hughes score,upper respiratory tract infection,and gastrointestinal infection) and the level of biochemical indicator〔cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) protein and IgG〕 of monitoring immunoreactions of nerve root of patients with GBS were collected retrospectively.According to the reference values of CSF protein and IgG,patients with GBS were divided into normal level group of CSF protein(n=14) and high level group of CSF protein(n=64),and normal level group of CSF IgG(n=19) and high level group of CSF IgG(n=59).Results There was no significant difference in gender,and the incidence of respiratory infection and gastrointestinal infection between the young group and the old group(P>0.05).Rate of Hughes score(≥3),CSF protein and IgG levels of the young group were lower than those of the old group(P<0.05).The age of normal level group of CSF protein was younger than that of high level group of CSF protein(P<0.05).The age of normal level group of CSF IgG was younger than that of high level group of CSF IgG(P<0.05).Age was positively correlated with the levels of CSF protein and IgG(r=0.331,P<0.01;r=0.277,P=0.01).Conclusion The degree of immunoreaction of nerve root is enhanced with the increasing of age among patients with GBS,therefore,age should be taken into consideration in the clinical evaluation of immunoreaction of nerve root of patients with GBS.关键词
