地方高校教师教育技术能力现状及存在问题分析
The current status and problems of local university teachers' educational technology competence

Abstract
Educational technology competence is not only the ability to use information technology tools such as overhead projector and PPT slides in teaching,but also the integration of teaching ability with ability of information technology teaching.The paper took teachers of Yinchuan College,China University of Mining and Technology,as the research subjects.It used literature search,questionnaire survey,interviews,and classroom observations to make an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the development of local high school teachers' educational technology competence.We found out the factors which hindered the development.This will provide reference for training of local university teachers'educational technologv competence.关键词
