Management and practice of training rooms with 6S modes in higher vocational colleges
摘要
Abstract
Introduction of advanced management of 6S modes in enterprises into management of training rooms in higher vocational colleges is essential not only to the management of practice course teaching,but also to the improvement of managers' professional quality and the teaching quality of practice courses in higher vocational colleges.Implementation of 6S modes in management of training rooms in higher vocational colleges involves the following measures: formulating management systems,clarifying management objectives,strengthening publicity and training,refining the requirements of the responsibility,improving the signs and instructions,standardizing the operating procedures,strengthening supervision and inspection and making strict assessment.关键词
