Measurement Capability and Development of Ultraviolet Radiometry

Abstract
The development and measurement capability of the national primary standard, national secondary standard and working standard of radiometry in ultraviolet spectral range is introduced.The national primary standard were set up in 1975, and measurement capability was upgraded in 1988, 2002 and 2011 respectively.Measurement uncertainties of the primary standards in different years were compared and analyzed.National primary standard apparatus of spectral irradiance covering from 200 nm to 350 nm was established in 2017, six deuterium lamps were used to maintain the scale of spectral irradiance.NIM participated 1990, 2004 and 2015 international comparison of spectral irradiance.In UV wavelength, the average deviation of the measurement results of NIM and the reference values were 4.85%, 0.88% and 0.28% respectively.The measurement capability of spectral radiance, spectral irradiance, ultraviolet irradiance and ultraviolet radiant energy of NIM were admitted and published on the website of BIPM.Four metrological legislations of ultraviolet radiometry were approved and published recently.In the future, ultraviolet radiometry measurement will be focused on lower uncertainty, extremely weak signal and high intensity signal metrology.关键词
