摘要

Abstract

A packaging technique of the integrated light source based on remote phosphor is proposed.We design a freeform reflector for the yellow light emitted from the phosphor based on the edge rays' theory through analyzing the cause of the color angular non-uniformity of LED's remote phosphor technology.Simulation and the experimental measurements show that the LED samples with free form reflector can improve the lumen efficiency and achieves smaller correlated color temperature deviation than the ordinary ones.Besides, we made an integrated light source whose color temperature is 6 000 K based on the remote phosphor and the freeform reflector.It can achieve as high light efficiency as 110 lm/W.
