摘要

Abstract

Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of Cr26 high chromium cast iron were researched The results show that high chromium cast iron cast microstructure consists of pearlite,austenite,martensite and carbides.Heat treatment can promote the transformation ofaustenite to martensite,organization mainly is martensite and carbide after heat treatment.The hardness and impact toughness of high chromium cast iron were significantly improved at the heat treatment temperature range,and increased with increasing quenching temperature,reaching a maximum at 950 ℃,respectively HRC 88.2 and 4.3 J· cm-2.
