Elimination of Blowhole Defects in the Train Box Casting Surface
摘要
Abstract
Aimed at blowhole defects of train box casting,the original process problems of casting was analyzed.The gating system was redesigned according to the large orifice discharge theory,the ingates were increased on top and bottom of casting,the area of gating system was doubled than before.The results show that the defects of blowhole on the train box surface has been eliminated.关键词
