黄果槲寄生果实多糖对急性酒精肝损伤小鼠的保护作用

Abstract
To investigate the protective mechanism of V.coloratum fruit polysaccharides (VCFP) on acute alcoholic liver injury in mice,an acute liver injury model was established by one time irrigation stomac.The mice were randomly divided into VCFP-treated groups (low-,medium-,and high-dosage),alcohol model group and normal control group at the same time.VCFP-treated group was given polysaccharide on continuous 28 days by gavage;the alcohol model group and normal control group were injected with the same amount of normal saline,and then the general situation and liver tissue morphological structure changes were observed.The results showed that the levels of ALT,AST,TC,TG,MDA content,and CAT and GSH-Px activities of mice in model group were significantly increased (P＜0.01),while the activity of SOD and weight and liver index were lower (P＜0.01) compared with the normal control group.After continuously given polysaccharide for 28 days by gavage,the VCFP significantly increased the weight,liver index and SOD activity,while significantly decreased the contents of ALT,ST,TC,TG,MDA and CAT and GSH-Px activities.These results suggested that the VCFP can improve antioxidant enzyme activity and remove oxygen free radicals reducing membrane lipid peroxidation reaction;therefore protect liver cells.关键词
