鳙鱼维氏气单胞菌的分离鉴定及其毒力基因检测
Isolation, identification and virulence genes detection of Aeromonas veronii from Aristichthys nobilis
摘要
Abstract
A bacterial strain named AH-YS was isolated from diseased Aristichthys nobilis,which was identified as Aeromonas veronii using a combination of gram stain,oxidase test,biochemical identification,PCR amplification of 16S rRNA and phylogenetic analysis.Drug sensitive test of a total of 11 antimicrobial agents showed that AH-YS was sensitive to 9 drugs.PCR amplification of a total of 9 virulence genes revealed that 5 genes could be detected,which are aerolysin,cytotoxic enterotoxin,flagellin,elastase and lipase.关键词
