干旱胁迫对不同品种大豆下胚轴生理生化特性的影响
Effects of drought stress on physiological and biochemical characteristics of soybean hypocotyls

Abstract
In this study,WDD00172 (WDD-172) and Jindou 21(JD-21) were used to determine the effects of drought stress on physiological and biochemical characteristics in soybean hypocotyls.These results indicated that the content of MDA and electrolyte leakage in soybean hypocotyls were significantly increased in both soybean varieties with an increase of 9% PEG6000 treatment.The content of MDA and electrolyte leakage showed much higher in WDD-172 than in JD-21.It also showed that under drought stress,GSH content,CAT and POD activities continued to decline,while the APX activity was increased firstly and then decreased.However,those in WDD-172 decreased more obviously than in JD-21.It was discovered that the activity of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH) was even higher in JD-21 than in WDD-172 in vivo,and JD-21 was more tolerance than WDD-172 under drought stress,which might be due to the higher antioxidant enzyme activities (CAT,POD and APX) and the higher content of antioxidant GSH in the body of JD-21 compared with WDD-172.关键词
