摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To discuss a high efficient phytoremediation technology for 133Cs pollution.[Method]Pot experiment was adoped to study effects of three exogenous phytohormones on the uptake and accumulation of 133Cs by Helianthus annuus L., which is a kind of hyperaccumulator plants.[Result]After using phytohormones,the absorptive, transferred and accumulative capacity of 133Cs by the sunflower plants were obviously higher than the control.133Cs contents were higher in leaves and flowers as compared with stems and roots.The accumulation ability of phytohormones was SA>GA>IAA under the application of three exogenous phytohormones.[Conclusion]The treatment of 500 mg/L SA has maximal absorption dose, transfer coefficient,accumulation factor of 133Cs.关键词
