基于ITS的我国桑科植物分子系统学研究
Study on Molecular Phylogeny of Moraceae in China Based on ITS
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To analyze molecular phylogeny of Moraceae in China based on ITS.[Method] The ITS sequences of 33 individuals were determined, and the molecular phylogeny was alalyzed by maximum parsimonious.Then we compared the results of the analysis with the classical classification.[Result] The determination of primitive and monophyletic groups is basically consistent with the classical classification.The result showed that Taxotrophis ilicifolius, Streblus taxoides, Taxotrophis aquifolioides were close to Morus Linn.is not consistent with the classical classification.[Conclusion] This research had accumulated molecular biology data for the classification of Moraceae in China.关键词
