3D打印著作权法律问题探究
Study on the Copyright Law of 3D Printing
摘要
Abstract
In the process of 3D printing technology development,intellectual property law has become increasingly prominent,especially in the protection of copyright for the 3D printing.The study focuses on the copyright protection of 3D digital models issues.First,the study definites what sort of the 3D digital model in the copyright law and set a range of protection.Second,the article based on in-depth discussion from 3D digital model to 3D printing properties and possible produce copyright problems.Then,the study recommends protective strategies to solve the above issues.关键词
