参芪扶正注射液治疗晚期肺癌患者癌因性疲乏的临床疗效及生活质量评价
Clinical efficacy and quality of life evaluation of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection in the treatment of cancer related fatigue in patients with advanced lung cancer

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection (SQFZI) in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue (CRF) in patients with advanced lung cancer,and to evaluate the quality of life of the patients.Methods:89 cases of advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into control group (n=45) and treatment group (n=44).The control group was given symptomatic treatment,the treatment group in the control group on the basis of symptomatic treatment of intravenous infusion of SQFZI,once a day,continuous treatment for 3 weeks for a course of treatment.Two groups were treated for 2 courses.The PFS fatigue degree of the patients between two groups before and after treatment were compared,the Chinese medicine symptom classification of quantitative score between two groups before and after treatment were compared;using Karnofsky Behavior Scale (KPS),hemoglobin (Hb) and the New York society of Cardiology (NYHA) was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of cardiac function classification in two groups before and after treatment,the TCM syndrome curative effect were compared between two groups,and to evaluate quality of life in two groups of patients after treatment.Results:The total score of fatigue behavior,fatigue,emotional fatigue,perceived fatigue and cognitive fatigue scores of treatment group were significantly lower than the control group after treatment (P<0.05).The quantitative grading integral of TCM symptoms of treatment group were significantly lower than the control group after treatment (P<0.05);the scores of KPS,Hb and cardiac function were significantly different between the treatment group and the control group after treatment (P<0.05).The total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (56.82% vs.83.72%),the difference was statistically significant (χ2=7.512,P=0.006<0.05).The physical function,role function,cognitive function,emotional function,social function and quality of life scores were significantly higher than the control group after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:SQFZI can reduce the degree of cancer-related fatigue in patients with advanced lung cancer,improve TCM syndrome,improve KPS score,Hb value and cardiac function classification,and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
