腮腺基底细胞腺瘤的CT特征

Abstract
Objective:To explore the CT characteristics of basal cell adenoma of the parotid gland,in order to improve the evidence for the clinical diagnosis of the disease.Methods:The CT images of 9 cases of surgically and pathologically confirmed parotid basal cell adenoma were retrospectively analyzed and all cases underwent CT plain scan and dual phase enhanced scan.Results:A total of 10 lesions including 1 case was multiple with 2 lesions,and other cases of basal cell adenoma were single lesion.8 lesions located in the superficial lobe of parotid gland,1 lesion across the superficial and deep lobes,1 lesion in one of the 2 lesions located in the deep lobe.Of the 10 lesions,8 lesions were less than 3 cm in diameter,the average diameter is 2 cm.9 lesions were round,oval,and had clear boundary.One lesion was small lobulated with rough edge and unclear boundary.The 6 lesions were solid,and the 4 lesions were cystic.The solid components of the 8 lesions were obviously enhanced in the arterial phase,which reached the peak value,and the 6 lesions in the venous phase showed continuous enhancement or slight decrease.Conclusion:Basal cell adenoma of the parotid gland often occurs in superficial lobe of parotid gland and mostly displayed solitary,small,cystic degenaration with clear boundary.The structure of blood vessels is rich,and the strengthening of the real components is obvious.When the double phase enhanced scanning is used,most of them show the characteristics of "fast forward and slow out".关键词
