Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the changes of anterior pituitary hormone levels and the prognosis of patients with acute stage of traumatic brain injury.Methods:120 cases of TBI patients in our hospital were selected as experimental group, and 40 cases of healthy subjects were selected as control group. It was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)included prolactin(ACTH),prolactin(PRL),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),progesterone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH).The serum levels of ACTH,PRL,TSH,LH and FSH were observed in the two groups. Results:The levels of ACTH,PRL,LH and FSH in serum of 1,3,7 d in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The serum levels of ACTH,PRL,LH and FSH were significantly higher in the light group, medium group and severe group than that in the control group. The serum levels of ACTH,PRL,LH and FSH in the were medium group higher than that of light group, severe group patients serum ACTH,PRL,LH and FSH levels were significantly higher than the medium group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The good prognosis and the poor prognosis group in patients with serum ACTH,PRL,LH and FSH levels were significantly higher than the control group. The poor prognosis of serum ACTH,PRL,LH and FSH were higher than that of the good prognosis group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of pituitary hormones in patients with acute TBI is closely related to the degree of disease and prognosis,we can provide theoretical support for the treatment and prognosis of patients by observing these indicators.关键词
