Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of imaging features of lung nodules in benign and malignant lesions and the clinical value of Mayo Clinic Model in Chinese population.Methods:Retrospective analysed 64 cases of pulmonary nodules with clear pathological diagnosis and complete CT findings.Divided into two groups according to benign and malignant,the nodule size,lobulation,spiculation,vascular bundle sign,pleural indentation,vacuole sign,calcification,nodule location,age and other factors were analyzed respectively.In addition,the ROC curve was established according to the Mayo Clinic Model and SPSS statistical software.Results:There was significant difference in the diameter between benign group and malignant group,there were also significant differences in lobulation,spiculation,vascular bundle sign and the calcification (P<0.05).There was no significant diffeence in vacuoles sign and pathogenesis age (P>0.05).The ROC curve tips:the area under the curve was 0.848 (95% CI 0.746~0.951).Conclusion:The greater the solitary pulmonary nodules,the higher the risk of malignant lesions.Lobulation,spiculation,vascular bundle sign,pleural indentation sign suggest the possibility of malignancy,nodules calcification suggest the benign.Mayo Clinic Model has a certain value for Chinese pulmonary nodules,sensitivity is 86% and specificity is 71.4%.关键词
