Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine (Hcy) and adiponectin (APN) levels and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (HDCP).Methods: 82 cases of patients with HDCP treated from January 2014 to April 2016 were studied as the research object,38 cases of patients with HDCP were included into the hypertension group,28 cases of mild preeclampsia patients were included into mild group,16 cases of severe preeclampsia preeclampsia patients were included into severe group,30 cases of pregnancy healthy women were selected randomly as control group at the same time,serum Hcy and APN levels in different study groups were compared.Results: The serum Hcy in HDCP group was significantly higher than that in the control group,APN level was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In patients with HDCP,serum Hcy level in hypertension group,mild group and severe group were increased step by step,and serum APN level were declined with the gradual aggravation,the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that Hcy and APN had a significant negative correlation (P<0.05).Conclusion: The combined detection of serum Hcy and APN in patients with HDCP is of great significance.关键词
