摘要

Abstract

In view of the gear-rack typed indexing cam mechanism for tobacco machine, this paper establishes a conjugate cam profile equation by analytical method, establishes a virtual prototype by Catiah and establishes a mechanism motion simulation analysis model based on multi-body dynamics software Recurdyn.The motion characteristics of gear-rack typed indexing cam mechanism are analyzed by simulation, which provides a basis for the structure design and simulation analysis of gear-rack indexing cam mechanism.
