Abstract
Objective To analysis the expression of CD166 and its meaning in dentigreous cyst,keraocystic odontogenic tumor and ameloblastoma.Methods 14 DC,15 KCOT and 42 AB (13 SA,15 UA,14 PA) were reviewed by immunohistochemistry for CD166 staining.Results The expression rate of CD166 in each group,DC:0,KCOT:73.33%,SA:69.23%,UA:73.33%,PA:71.43%.DC had a significant lower expression compared with other groups.CD166 always expressed in membrane and/or cytoplasm of most of the cells in the basal and suprabasal layers.Conclusion CD166 has high expression in KCOT and AB,which has a role in the pathogenesis of AB and KCOT.关键词
