Abstract
Objective To measure and analyze the cicada`s nutritional content from different developmental phases,and provide chosen basis for people to choose an appropriate cicada body.Methods The moisture,protein,fat,carbohydrates,vitamin C,vitamin B1,B2 and mineral element were determined by direct drying method,Kjeldahl,oxhlet extraction,Philip lam titration,2,4-dinitrobenzene hydrazine method,colorimetric method,atomic absorption method.Results Golden Cicada were rich in protein,carbohydrate,vitamin C and sodium,calcium,potassium,magnesium,iron contents,while White Cicada were rich in fat,vitamin B1,and zinc,copper,manganese content,and Black Cicadas was high in vitamin B2.Conclusion Three cicadas from different developmental phases are all animal food with high protein,low fat and rich mineral elements.关键词
