Application of Phytogenic Antioxidants and Its Mechanisms
摘要
Abstract
Phytogenic antioxidants derived from plants are a class of new feed additives with antioxidantive ac?tivity and generally used to prevent the animals oxidant stress, which have the advantages of extensive sources, security, high efficiency and no residue. This paper reviewed the main species and the application effects of this class of antioxidant in animal production, and summarized the current research progress on its action mecha?nisms, to provide a good reference for the further study and application of phytogenic antioxidant as well as the exploration of its acting mechanisms.关键词
