牛奶中兽药残留检测技术的研究进展
Advances in Detection Techniques of Veterinary Drug Residues in Milk

Abstract
In recent years, milk quality and safety events have occurred frequently, which imposes serious haz?ards to public health. Milk quality and safety thus plays an important role for international attention. Once pres?ent in milk, veterinary drugs pose a hazard to humans who consume them. In this paper, the principles, advan?tages and disadvantages of various analytical techniques for the detection of veterinary drug residues in milk were summarized, and the development trend of detection techniques of veterinary drug residues in the future was predicted.关键词
