广州地区糖尿病前期的患病情况及相关因素分析
The prevalence and risk factors of pre-diabetes in Guangzhou residents

Abstract
Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of pre-diabetes in Guangzhou residents.Methods A total of 29 339 residents,who received physical examinations at Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital from January 2009 to December 2014,were retrospectively enrolled in the study.Results The prevalence of pre-diabetes was 15.5％,it was significantly higher in male (17.28％) than in female (13.75％),also higher in elderlies over 60 years old.There were significant differences in weight,waist circumference,body mass index,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,serum uric acid,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase and serum vitamin D [25 (OH)D] concentration between pre-diabetes group and normal group.Age,male,increased waist circumference and low serum vitamin D [25 (OH)D] concentration were risk factors of pre-diabetes.Conclusion A high prevalence (15.5％) of pre-diabetes is detected in Guangzhou,and the main risk factors of pre-diabetes are increased waist circumference and low serum vitamin D [25 (OH) D] concentration.关键词
