Research on the VLC-LED module dynamic response and the junction temperature measurement
摘要
Abstract
This paper designs a VLC-LED module measurement device by using fast impulse,and innovatively measures the dynamic response of the different widths pulse(data) current injected into the VLC-LED module by experiment.The paper carries out the VLC-LED module junction temperature measurement experiment by using the dynamic response,and also puts forward a technical realization method for manufacturing VLC-LED module lamp secondary heat sink cooling&transmission effect analyzer.关键词
