Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between vitamin D receptor (VDR) expression on fetal-maternal interface and recurrent miscarriage (RM) and placental hormone.Methods Villous and decidual tissue samples from patients with RM and those at normal early pregnancy were collected outpatient department of obstetrics and gynecology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from July to September in 2014.VDR, human chorionic gonadotropin receptor (HCGR), estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) mRNA levels in two groups were detected by fluorescence real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR) and expression difference was compared关键词
