Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the influence of pediatric clearing lung cough oral liquid on serum levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ in rats with smoke induced acute bronchitis.Methods Totally 120 rats were selected as research objects from laboratory of Guangrao County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Dongying, and all the rats accepted smoke stimulation to make models of acute bronchitis.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method with 60 in each group.In the experimental group pediatric lung cough oral liquid was perfused, while equal dose of normal saline was given the control group.The changes of serum IL-4 and IFN-γ levels as well as the survival were compared between two groups.Results In both groups serum IL-4 levels rose obviously after treatment (t value was 6.56 and 4.34, respectively, both P<0.05), but the increase of serum IL-4 levels in the experimental group was greater than the control group (t=5.92, P=0.023<0.05).Serum concentrations of IFN-γ of two groups increased after treatment (t value was 7.56 and 6.11, respectively, both P<0.05), but the increase of IFN-γ levels was greater in the experimental group than the control group (t=7.18,P<0.05).The survival rate was 96.67% and 75.00% in the experimental group and the control group, respectively, and the difference between them was significant (χ2=6.56,P<0.05).Conclusion The pediatric clearing lung cough oral liquid has good curative effect on enhancing serum IL-4 level and reducing concentration of serum IFN-γ in rats with smoke induced acute bronchitis.It plays a role in regulating cell factor and has positive clinical value, so it can be used as a kind of ideal method in clinical work.关键词
