Breeding of 3-hydroxypropnic acid high-producing strain by lithium chloride mutagenesis
摘要
Abstract
In this study,Debaryomyces hansenii DH01 was used as original strain and LiCl was chosen to generate mutations.The mutant strains of 3-hydroxypropinic acid (3HP) high-producing strain were screened out for the practical production.After treatment with LiCl twice,a mutant strain designated as wt06 was obtained.When fermented at 28 ℃,120 r/min for 48 h,wt06 could produce 23.70 g/L of 3HP,which was 5.44 times as high as that of the original strain DH01.Furthermore,the mutant strain wt06 had good heredity stability.关键词
