摘要
Abstract
In order to screen microbial strains with chitinase-producing ability,a chitinase-producing strain YX belonging to actinomycetes was isolated from soil and was identified as Thermobfida fusca.Effects of cellose,chitin,or sodium carboxymethylcellulose on the chitinase production of Thermobfida fusca in subnerged culture were studied.T.fusca YX could produce chitinase with enzyme activity of 1.7 U/mL after 22 h of fermentation in 5 L fermentor.This was the first report describing the production of chitinase by T.fusca.关键词
