富硒益生菌的功效研究进展
Research progress in functions of selenium-enriched probiotics
摘要
Abstract
Selenium as an essential trace element for mammals played an important role in human health.Selenium was converted into organic selenium by probiotics,and at the same time the biological activity of probiotics was also enhanced.Organic selenium was less toxic than that of inorganic selenium.Selenium enriched probiotics had the double effects of selenium and probiotics.In this paper,the effects of selenium-enriched probiotics in recent years were summarized,such as antioxidant,inhibiting harmful bacteria,regulating the intestinal flora and anticancer.关键词
