摘要
Abstract
2-phenylethanol (2-PE) as an aromatic alcohol with a rose-like fragrance was widely used in food,cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry.However,the yield of natural 2-PE extracted from the certain flowers was low and its extraction process was costly.Therefore,the production of 2-PE by microorganisms became the hot spot of research.In this paper,recent strategies for improving 2-PE production by microbial biotransformation were reviewed,especially the strain screening for high yield and fermentation process optimization,moreover,the future research was proposed.It would provide reference for the production of 2-PE by microorganisms.关键词
