摘要

Abstract

With the slowdown in China's GDP growth in recent years, the economic operation is different from the previous situation and characteristics, especially the real estate market.Currently, China's real estate market is facing serious oversupply and inventory pressure.Under the supply-side structural reform background, this paper studies the current land reserve and supply system and its influence to the real estate industry.Based on the existing problems, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, such as reducing the excess capacity, optimizing allocation of resources, reduce costs.
