Abstract
The Grand Canal of Sui-Tang Dynasty was the most important north-south waterway during the period of Sui and Jin dynasties, and the Central Plains was the center of the canal.The circulation of the canal led to the prosperity of the Central Plains region, and in turn the stability of the Central Plains guaranteed the smooth waterborne transport of the Grand Canal.Eventually, their relationship influenced the vicissitudes of the dynasties.In addition, the Central Plains was connected to the Sea Silk Road through the Grand Canal, which had a great contribution to the Chinese and foreign exchange at that time.关键词
