Analysis on the Incentive Path of Township Cadres in the Perspective of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory

Abstract
Being bridges to link people, township cadres are also the representatives of the party and state at the local level and the backbones of building a new socialist countryside.Now the problems of township cadres' demands exist in: material needs are lacked;spiritual needs are not guaranteed;self-values can unable to realize.According to the current situation of the demand of the township cadres, it's crucial to use Maslow's hierarchy of needs to explore incentive path, stimulate enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of township cadres from physiology, safety, social, respect and self-realization to promote the long-term stable development of the local level.关键词
