Abstract
"Highly Dangerous Liability" has three representative theories.On the basis of analyzing the formal requirements, the substantive elements and the principle of imputation, the author analyzes the general terms and specific provisions of the Highly Dangerous Liability, and points out that the Highly Dangerous Liability has defects in judging the high risk, defining the main body of responsibility, formulating compensation standards and determining the cause of exemption, and then puts forward some ideas and suggestions on how to apply the clause.关键词
