农村中老年人群高甘油三酯腰围与2型糖尿病的患病率及关联性分析
Prevalence and relationship between hypertriglyceridemia-waist and type 2 diabetes mellitus among middle-aged and elderly residents in rural area

Abstract
Aim: To assess the prevalence and relationship between hypertriglyceridemia-waist(HTGW) and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) among middle-aged and elderly residents in the rural area of Henan Province.Methods: A population-based cross-sectional study was conducted in middle-aged and elderly residents aged 45 to 75 years in a rural area of Henan Province from July to August of 2013 and 2014.Demographic characteristics, behavioral risk factors and biochemical indexes were collected in this study.Results: Among the 10 218 subjects, 3 836(37.54%) were males, and the median age was 56.62 years.There were 2 845 cases(27.84%) of HTGW (male 16.84%, female 34.46%) and 1 406 cases(13.76%) of T2DM(male 12.23%, female 14.68%).After adjusting age,blood pressure,smoking,drinking alcohol,family history,manual labor,BMI and high density lipoprotein,the results of logistic regression analysis showed that, HTGW was the risk factor of T2DM [OR(95%CI)=3.810(3.050-4.760)].Stratification analysis according to gender and BMI showed that the association was stronger in females than in males, in 18.5≤BMI<24.0 kg/m2 residents than in 24.0≤BMI<28.0 kg/m2 residents.Conclusion: Among the rural middle-aged and elderly residents, the prevalences of HTGW and T2DM are relatively high, and HTGW is stably and significantly associated with risk of T2DM.关键词
